x4nt Terms & Conditions

By accessing the x4nt website at https://x4nt.vip, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the x4nt platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the x4nt platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the x4nt platform. They govern your use of the website, the mobile-optimised browser version of the platform, and all associated services including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, crash games, promotions, and customer support interactions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and x4nt. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to and use of the x4nt platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following criteria to open and maintain an x4nt account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy for any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an x4nt employee or affiliated business partner where such participation may create a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

x4nt takes underage gambling seriously. During the account registration process, you will be required to confirm your date of birth and agree to these Terms. x4nt may at any time request documentary proof of age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by x4nt will result in suspension of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

x4nt also utilises technical measures including age-verification checks during registration and during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process to prevent access by persons who do not meet the eligibility criteria set out above.

To access the full range of x4nt services including sports betting, live casino, and slots, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method — is truthful and corresponds to your actual identity.

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on the x4nt platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. x4nt reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to have violated the single-account rule and to permanently ban the player from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. x4nt will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify x4nt support immediately at [email protected].

x4nt may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point. This process may require you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of your registered mobile number, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. x4nt reserves the right to suspend account activity and withhold withdrawals until KYC is completed to its satisfaction.

All transactions on the x4nt platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). x4nt supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. x4nt does not currently accept cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or bank wire transfers from outside Bangladesh.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your x4nt wallet balance within seconds of successful confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. x4nt does not charge a fee for deposits, however your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within the account deposit panel.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process and will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval during standard processing hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing hours may be processed on the following business day.

KYC Requirement for Withdrawals: x4nt will not process any withdrawal until the player's account has passed the KYC verification process. Players who have not yet completed KYC will be prompted to do so before their first withdrawal request can be approved. x4nt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• x4nt reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawal amounts at its sole discretion.
• Any bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• x4nt will not process withdrawals to accounts that are under review for suspected fraudulent activity or Terms violation.

x4nt offers a range of betting and gaming products including sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and international fixtures), live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, crash games including Aviator by Spribe, and speciality game categories including Dragon Tiger Luck and Coin games.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on sporting events are binding once confirmed by the x4nt system. You should verify all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming your wager. x4nt will not void or amend bets following confirmation except in the specific circumstances set out in the event-specific betting rules. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of markets; x4nt reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.

Casino Games: All casino games available on x4nt utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game providers. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are determined by the game provider and are independent of x4nt's platform. x4nt does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to adjust RNG parameters.

Bet Settlement: Bets on cricket and other sporting events will be settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL governing council). In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or incomplete event, x4nt's settlement rules for that event category will apply. Players are encouraged to review the event-specific rules published within the x4nt sportsbook interface.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market and event.
• x4nt reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination bet at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error during a game session, x4nt will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state using server-side game logs. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Decisions by x4nt regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, and dispute resolution are final and binding.

x4nt may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for matters directly relating to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be bet through before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are offered to eligible registered players with verified accounts. x4nt reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multiple account use, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Players who are found to have abused bonus offers will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account suspended.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement process.
• x4nt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to the same general bonus rules unless otherwise stated.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the x4nt platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage Use: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor to do so.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account under any identity, combination of personal details, or payment method.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free bets, or promotional terms through multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or any other method designed to derive unfair advantage from promotional structures.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in casino games, poker (if offered), or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner that substitutes for genuine human decision-making.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your x4nt account while the corresponding balance remains in your account or has been wagered.
• Money Laundering: Using the x4nt platform to launder money, obscure the origin of funds, or conduct any activity that facilitates financial crime. x4nt is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, introduce malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the x4nt platform or its associated services.

x4nt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable period specified by x4nt.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A formal request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted via the Responsible Gaming dashboard or by contacting [email protected].
• Extended period of account inactivity as defined in x4nt's dormant account policy.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their x4nt account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining verified BDT balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing period. Accounts under active investigation may have their closure request deferred until the investigation is resolved.

Dormant Accounts: An x4nt account is considered dormant if no login activity, deposit, bet, or withdrawal has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. x4nt may charge an administrative maintenance fee on dormant accounts, the details of which will be communicated to the player's registered contact prior to any deduction. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active.

x4nt provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While x4nt makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, errors, or periods of downtime. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service provider issues, or network disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x4nt shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or bet voidance due to external circumstances beyond x4nt's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the x4nt platform.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays, errors, or outages affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other supported payment method.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from events outside x4nt's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit x4nt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. x4nt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x4nt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x4nt will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Where x4nt considers a change to be significant, it may notify registered players via the contact information on file, though x4nt is not obligated to provide advance notice of every amendment.

It is your responsibility as a registered x4nt player to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the x4nt platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].
